With our Project Director Service, Snowdrop is directly responsible for providing full in-house project management extra to the project scoping supplied as standard, including procuring employee data from IT for download.

This service is particularly suitable for organisations where an in-house project manager is not available on the client side; the HR team is too busy to dedicate time to the implementation; or the client is new to system implementation and wants to outsource the process. Organisations that use 3rd party consultants can also benefit from this service, as all knowledge regarding internal processes remains with Snowdrop following implementation – ensuring continuity and higher levels of support. The Project Director Service encompasses the following:

  • Provision of concise management information to the business to support the HR team
  • Set-up and delivery of the export from HR to Payroll to improve efficiencies and remove dual entry of data (this includes working with the Payroll supplier to ensure client requirements are delivered)
  • Facilitating support of the review and appraisal structure
  • Supporting the training team through streamlining of the training booking process and creation of management information from the training team
  • Delivery of strategic business objectives around provision of better, clearer and faster access for employees to their information (along with reducing the burden of administration on the HR team)
