A Little More Conversation...
All of us encounter difficult conversations at work, which is why we were interested in finding out what are the most painful and tricky areas of conversation for employees.
There are few surprises about what the most feared conversations are: salary, promotion and formal grievances top the list for most. Most arresting, however, is the realisation that one in 10 UK employees would rather leave their present job than broach a difficult subject with their employer.
