Wigan Trust to Improve Efficiency Personnel Today, 17th October 2006 Wigan Leisure and Culture Trust is implementing three of Snowdrop's HR and recruitment software modules to integrate employee information and increase efficiency. Snowdrop's 'Spring' product will be used for recruitment, 'Evergreen' to manage personnel records, and 'Fountain' to handle training administration.
