The Sports Council for Wales has been using Snowdrop's HR software since 2001, but decided to add the self-service module in order to eliminate paperwork. From April, the Council's 200 employees will submit holiday requests online, while line managers will also manage sickness absence information in the same way.

Trigold currently has four different systems managing its HR information, so part of the aim in purchasing Snowdrop's two modules is to produce more accurate and sophisticated information for management reports, and to do so quicker.
