It was formed in response to client demand and allows Snowdrop to ensure that clients are getting the most use of their technology by using the knowledge of its clients' working practices.

The in-house consultancy offers four levels of HR service: Best Practice Evaluation, Legal Essentials, HR Manager and Specialist Extras.
