Linking Systems Pay Magazine, July 2007 Following a recommendation from its Payroll software provider Wilson James has purchased Snowdrop's personnel records management module. The security and logistics company wanted software that it could link to its payroll and T&A systems, allowing it to replace its current paper-based system for managing employee data. The 15 members of the HR team will all have access to the system and Gemma Quirke, HR director at Wilson James, says it will cut out unnecessary administration. "It will also help us monitor our CSR and compliance objectives and provide real-time information to our front-line managers," she commented.
