Propagating Good Practice Personnel Today, 31st January 2006 The Eden Project, the educational charitable trust based in Cornwall, is planning to implement new self-service HR software to keep its people information up to date. The U-Access software, from supplier Snowdrop, is designed to let line managers update staff data, such as holiday requests, salary changes and absence. The Eden Project hopes to save HR admin time by devolving responsibility to line managers and preventing duplication of work. The software is to be rolled out between March and September. |
