Snowdrop acquires payroll services company Pay Magazine, March 2005 Snowdrop Systems has acquired payroll services company HRH business Payrolls UK. The move combines Snowdrop's pay administration software with HRH's payroll bureau service. Clients will be given the option of running their payroll function internally or outsourcing it. Snowdrop, founded in 1991, takes on HRH's 150 clients, expanding its client base to more than 550. Tim Tobin, director of Snowdrop Systems, said: "The acquisition
