Snowdrop Systems, the HR and Payroll software provider, has acquired Payroll services company HRH Business Payrolls (UK) Limited.

The move will combine Snowdrop’s Pay administration software with HRH’s Payroll bureau service, offering clients the option to run their Payroll function internally or outsource it.

Snowdrop acquires HRH’s 150 clients, increasing its customer base to more than 550. Tim Tobin, director, Snowdrop Systems, comments:

Snowdrop also announces three senior appointments. Olive Price joins as a New Business Development manager from HRH, bringing 14 years’ experience in HR, recruitment and Payroll.

Paul Spencer is new Head of Development, joining from Freestyle New Media. Paul has 18 years’ experience in a range of sectors, including Finance, Manufacturing and Retail.

Steve Knapman joins as Senior Sales Manager from Agresso. Steve has 13 years’ sales experience in HR and Payroll.
