MAGNI Signs up Snowdrop

MAGNI, the largest cultural heritage organisation in Northern Ireland, has signed with Snowdrop to purchase its integrated Evergreen (Personnel) Orchard (Payroll) and U-access (on-line) software. The systems will link with Iconic Time and Attendance.

MAGNI will be moving to the new Human Resource and Payroll system from paper-based records. Ed Curley, Training & Development manager, hopes that through using Snowdrop, staff will be freed up to concentrate on the more strategic side of HR. In particular, the MAGNI HR department wants to see a reduction in the amount of time spent upon routine processes, such as leave requests. This should provide more time to produce management information, so that HR and managers can take action 'in a timely fashion'.
