ECOTEC Nurtures HR with Snowdrop Software

The economic and social development consultancy, ECOTEC, has bought Human Resources software from Snowdrop for increased efficiency and better management of its HR information.

ECOTEC will be using Snowdrop’s Evergreen (personnel) module, with Snowdrop Workflow, a tool that picks up and delivers information via e-mail. The windows system will be accessed by 3 members of the HR team, who will be using it as a base before acquiring Spring (recruitment) to ease the selection process.

ECOTEC needs an HR system to replace its in-house system with a robust solution that can provide a full suite of management information. It is hoped that the new system will assist in standardising processes and facilitating ECOTEC's professional approach. Head of IT and Creative Services, David Supple, sees Snowdrop as a means of "..not only reducing administration but also revising the entire HR process for the benefit of employees past, present and future."
