Domantis Ltd - a global biopharmaceutical company, has bought HR software from Snowdrop to provide better access to its staff records, companywide.
Domantis will be using Snowdrop’s Evergreen (personnel) and U-Access (employee self-service) modules, to consolidate the information of its 75 employees - currently held on a variety of Excel spreadsheets. Snowdrop will also provide increased visibility of information, via on-line access, to both line managers and employees.
The Timesheet facility will be of particular use to Domantis, for logging hours spent on projects, which will then be viewed by managers through U-Access. Domantis anticipates saving up to 2 days a week on administration, by cutting the amount of ad hoc requests from employees.
