Snowdrop to Work with Leading Designer Outlet

McArthurGlen, Europe’s largest designer outlet village developer and operator, is to use Snowdrop’s HR and Payroll software to manage the recruitment and development of its 210 European employees.

Snowdrop will help McArthurGlen reduce administration and improve key business processes such as: recruitment tracking; employee data storage; management reporting; attendance management and Payroll and benefits processing.

McArthurGlen will use Snowdrop’s Evergreen, Spring and Fountain modules and U-Access for employee self-service.
