Snowdrop Helps Eden Bloom The Eden Project, the educational charitable trust, is to use Snowdrop’s self-service tool, U-Access, to keep its people information up-to-date. Snowdrop’s software will let line managers update staff information, such as holiday requests, salary changes and absence. It will save HR administration time by devolving more responsibility to line managers and preventing the duplication of work. The new software is being rolled out in two phases between March and September. This follows the successful installation of Snowdrop’s Evergreen module to manage personnel records, increasing the accuracy of people information. Together, these modules will also prevent staff from having to re-type data. |
