Trigold Sources Snowdrop for HR software

Trigold, the mortgage sourcing and compliance specialist, has bought HR software from Snowdrop to consolidate HR information and streamline the management of its 120 employee records.

Trigold will be implementing Snowdrop’s Evergreen (personnel records management) and U-Access (employee and line manager self-service) modules. U-Access will be particularly important for supporting staff development, following staff feedback requesting more involvement with personal information. Not only will staff be more actively involved in their own training, but also have heightened awareness of absence.

Tiffanny Jackson, HR Manager at Trigold, sees the new system as an excellent means of reducing the level of administration for HR, she says: “It will be like having an extra member of staff on hand.” Jackson also anticipates the production of more accurate and sophisticated information in management reports; currently information is held across four different systems, making reporting a long and difficult process.

Commenting on the selection of Snowdrop, Jackson says: “We chose Snowdrop because if its professionalism, the sales person was fantastic. This is an easy-to-use system that will help us fulfill our HR functions.”
