Town and City Parking Finds Snowdrop Just the Ticket

Town and City Parking, one of the leading car park management companies, has purchased HR software from Snowdrop to improve the quality of its employee data.

The organisation will be implementing Snowdrop’s Evergreen (personnel records management) and U-Access (line manager and employee self-service) modules.

Town and City Parking has grown from just 12 to 420 employees, since it was established in 1993. Currently all employee data is held across spreadsheets and paper files, proving both unwieldy and difficult to manage. It is hoped that the new HR system will give HR information at its fingertips, so it can easily manage everything from recruitment and sickness, to company cars and property.

Elaine Montgomery, HR Manager for Town and City, believes that flags on pending events, such as performance reviews, will be invaluable in staying on top of administration. She also anticipates that line managers will be able to manage their employee information independently, through accessing data on-line at their satellite offices with the U-Access system. Elaine says: “It could change the life of HR, not having to keep paper copies of everything!”
