Sutton Winson Consults Snowdrop for HR Software

Sutton Winson, the leading independent insurance broker and risk manager has bought HR software and consultancy services from Snowdrop.

Sutton Winson will use Snowdrop's Evergreen (personnel records) module to manage information on existing and potential employees, originally kept in manual files. Sutton Winson wanted a user-friendly system that would allow its 110 employees to access information from offices in Twickenham, West Sussex and Bristol.

Snowdrop's HR consultancy service was also included in the package as a half-day workshop. Sutton Winson used the consultancy to advise on improving communication, building team relationships and preparing managers with coaching skills.

Andy Jonas, manager at Sutton Winson, says: "We want HR to refocus administration time towards developing our people. The workshop has started us off on the right path and we are confident that the software will help us stay on track."
