Snowdrop Shows Employees their Benefits

Snowdrop has launched its new on-line employee benefits tool, U-Accessbenefits. U-Accessbenefits gives employees in-depth benefit information, such as benefit value and worth, at the touch of a button.

It works alongside Snowdrop’s other on-line tool, U-Access, to offer employees a one-stop shop for important HR information. Using these tools, all employees will be able to access and update their own HR information - whatever their location.

This will further reduce administration for the HR team and raise awareness of the benefits offered to employees. Line managers will also heighten visibility and access to the information they need on their teams at appraisal and salary reviews.
