Snowdrop Launches In-house HR Consultancy Service

Snowdrop, the HR and Payroll software provider has formed an in-house HR consultancy practice in response to client demand. The consultancy arm consists of in-house experts and a network of HR professionals and business and legal consultants to advise companies facing HR’s varied challenges.

The in-house consultancy offers four levels of HR service: Best Practice Evaluation, Legal Essentials, HR Manager and a variety of specialist services called Specialist Extras.

By offering HR Consultancy, Snowdrop can utilise the in-depth knowledge it has of its clients’ working practices to ensure that they are getting the most out of their Payroll and HR technology. Kirsteen MacBrayne, HR Consultant, has been appointed to establish Snowdrop's consultancy function: "This is a natural and innovative step for a company with its roots in HR and Payroll technology.
