JS Humidifiers Turns up the Heat with Snowdrop’s HR Software

JS Humidifiers, the UK’s leading specialist in humidification, has bought HR software from Snowdrop, to centralise the information of its 63 employees and increase efficiency.

JS Humidifiers will be implementing Snowdrop’s Evergreen (personnel records management) and U-Access (employee and line manager self-service) modules. The company chose Snowdrop due to its friendly & involving interface and the potential for future growth with Snowdrop’s other software modules. They were also impressed with the sales representative’s knowledge in relation to their requirements and the effort he made in supplying all the relevant information.

Snowdrop’s software will replace the existing home-grown system, comprised of Excel spreadsheets, paper files and stand-alone systems, that has proved extremely labour intensive and difficult to manage. Rik Prowen, Operations Director, hopes that through automating many of its HR processes, the company can significantly reduce administration and gain a more strategic focus. Not only will this improve efficiency, but also make the whole HR process more dynamic and effective. It also fits with the company’s desire to minimise its impact upon the environment, with less paper being wasted.
