Steljes Develops HR with Snowdrop

Steljes Limited, the technology market development & services organisation, has purchased HR software from Snowdrop, to improve the quality of its employee information and devolve responsibility across the company.

Steljes has purchased Snowdrop’s Evergreen (personnel records management), Fountainexecutive (succession planning) and U-Access (employee self-service) modules, to hold the records of its 200 employees. On-line access will ensure much better communication between HR and the rest of the organisation, whilst HR will be able to easily reduce administration and monitor skills gaps in time to plan for any successors.
