Go Ape moves HR forward with Snowdrop

Go Ape, the provider of High Wire Forest Adventure courses, has bought HR software from Snowdrop to bring together its HR, Recruitment and Payroll functions, whilst reducing administration and improving the quality of communication between regional offices.

Go Ape will move from Excel spreadsheets to Snowdrop’s Evergreen (personnel records management) and U-Access (online self-service) modules. The award winning company is expanding rapidly, having grown from 100 to 250 employees within the last 3 years. With 12 course locations across the UK and plans to reach 40 by 2010, Rachel Trim, HR Manager for Go Ape, anticipates that it will increase by up to 120 employees a year.

Snowdrop will enable the organisation to expand comfortably, whilst allowing more high level analysis of employee data. Regional course managers will have remote, up to the minute access to personnel information via the online system, removing a large administrative task from HR and improving the quality of communication between employees and management.
