Centrepoint Integrates HR and Payroll Software with Snowdrop

Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, has upgraded its HR software and bought Snowdrop's Payroll module to integrate HR/Payroll information. The charity will also be using Snowdrop's U-Access module, an online tool for devolving responsibility to line managers and employees.

The integration is part of an overall business strategy at Centrepoint to join up business applications. Eventually Snowdrop will link to a number of other systems, including both finance and purchase ordering.

One of the main benefits of a one-stop-shop for employee data, will be reducing duplication of effort, with the knock-on effect of increased accuracy. Stuart Rogers, Director of Business Improvement at Centrepoint, sees the overall driver of the project as the streamlining of administration, whilst enabling the organisation to move towards a more technical approach.
