Carey Group Plc Builds on HR with Snowdrop

Carey Group Plc, who provides a comprehensive construction service throughout the UK and Ireland, has bought Snowdrop’s Evergreen (personnel), Fountain (training) and Fountainexecutive (succession planning) modules.

The HR software will be used to maintain and develop human resources, training and health and safety records at the Group’s Head Office in Wembley.

Paul Francis, Group Personnel Manager, says: “We want software that will help us manage our people better and drive business performance. U-Access will be implemented as a second phase project to empower our managers across the UK and Ireland and improve their inputs through use of the software.”
