The CIOB Builds up HR with Snowdrop

The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) is to use Snowdrop’s HR software to better manage its personnel and recruitment information.

The CIOB will use Snowdrop’s Spring (recruitment), Evergreen (personnel records management) and U-Access (self-service tool) to help manage the data of its 110 staff based around the globe. The software will make administrative processes more efficient and support recruitment activities. Marianne Meinke, HR Director for the CIOB, anticipates that Spring will help them employ over 20 additional staff over the forthcoming months.

Snowdrop will be piloted initially to ensure optimum effectiveness once the system is live. The project teams will work in partnership to manage the pilot before implementation.
