CHL Mortgages Secures a Future with Snowdrop's HR Software CHL Mortgages, a leading provider of Buy to Let mortgages in the UK, has bought HR software from Snowdrop to manage the information of its 200 employees. CHL will be implementing Snowdrop's Spring (recruitment); ORS (on-line recruitment solution); Evergreen (personnel records management); and U-Access (employee and line manager self-service) modules to replace its paper-based systems and spreadsheets. Snowdrop will be introduced in two phases, phase one will be the installation of Evergreen and Spring; phase two will be rolling out U-Access and ORS. As CHL operates in a highly regulated environment, it needs to track skills and competencies to assist in meeting FSA requirements. The HR system will not only assist CHL with competency management but also improve overall accuracy and efficiency through automating administrative tasks. The HR team will also use Snowdrop to enable control measures to be developed to manage the organisation's human capital more effectively, including the monitoring of holiday and sickness costs/patterns. |
