Brookdale Care Teams up with Snowdrop
Brookdale Care, the specialist organisation for caring and managing people with Autism, has purchased HR software from Snowdrop to consolidate and better manage the information of its 400 employees. Brookdale will be implementing Snowdrop’s Spring (recruitment); Evergreen (personnel records management) and Fountain (training administration) modules. The new software will replace Brookdale’s existing Excel spreadsheets, with the aim of significantly improving management reports. Currently all reports require bespoke production, which is both time-consuming and prone to error. With Snowdrop, reports will not only be available at the touch of a button, but also be delivered by Snowdrop Workflow (an e-mail information delivery tool) on a weekly basis – bypassing human intervention. This will include reports on key HR information, such as absence statistics and training attendance & costs. Alex Whyatt, IT and Projects Manager, says: “The new system should free up much more time around both reporting and administration, enabling us to produce useful and timely management information.” |
