Our training software is designed to overcome this by making the transition from conversation to action both smooth and easy to administer. In conjunction with Snowdrop U-Access, line managers can submit appraisal and personal development plan details on-line and view and book employees directly onto courses - even during the appraisal itself. This helps kick-start the next agreed step, whilst also guaranteeing consistency of appraisal notes and no paper chasing.

Fountain makes it easy to stay on top of employee development needs so that your people can be stretched to their full potential, whilst costs are kept to a minimum. The system is intelligent when creating internal courses by checking trainer and resource availability and also automatically generates all joining information for employees. Additionally, if a course is cancelled, Fountain will inform delegates and place them on a waiting list. This essentially means that double-bookings for trainers and resources, uncompleted evaluation forms, forgotten assessments and mismanaged waiting lists can soon be a thing of the past.
